- Tell me about a time you faced an unexpected challenge. How did you handle it? - Describe a situation where you had to make a decision with incomplete information.
Collaboration:
- Give an example of a successful project that required working with difficult stakeholders. - Tell me about a time you disagreed with a colleague. How did you resolve it?
Initiative:
- Describe something you did at work that wasn't asked of you but made a significant impact. - Tell me about a time you identified a problem before anyone else noticed.
Adaptability:
- Tell me about a time priorities shifted dramatically. How did you adjust? - Describe a situation where you had to learn something completely new quickly.
