By accessing or using RealHires, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
RealHires provides a platform connecting employers with pre-vetted candidates. We facilitate introductions and interviews but are not a party to any employment relationship between you and candidates.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, and treat candidates with respect. You are responsible for your hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Replacement Guarantee
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for placements made through our platform. If a hire doesn't work out within 30 days, we will find a replacement at no additional cost.
Payment Terms
Fees are due upon successful placement. We offer transparent, flat-fee pricing with no hidden charges. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
RealHires is not liable for any employment decisions, candidate performance, or disputes between employers and candidates. Our role is limited to facilitating connections.
